Using First B2B’s iWorkflow module allows you to route documents within your business to suit your needs.
The iWorkflow module is configured to allow your documents to be routed around your business if required, allowing for individual sign off where needed and trapping user signature via electronic stamps.
Documents can be routed by complete rules based around data content, including department, value and Trading Partner. Documents are viewed as online renditions of the data, can be printed and produced as PDF documents and emailed to third parties, but all within a multi-tiered permissions structure.
