As with any cloud application being able to visualise your data is of paramount importance.
TMV II
Traffic Manager View II (TMVII) provides our users and their partners with a unique view on all the electronic documents they process through iXchange.
TMVII is First B2B's unique web based visualisation of all the data you exchange through our service. Designed from the very start to be a user friendly, easy to use system, TMVII delivers real time views on your data that can be used be anyone in your team, not just IT or EDI specialists.
Create your view on your data
What is more TMVII also allows you to create your own custom views on the data, painting the screens to suit your business requirements, showing the data you consider to be most important to your business.
Clearly see when the document was received
Also included in TMVII is the ability to show the receipt time for each document. First B2B is unique in providing this capaibility to our users, where on the page for each document you can clearly see when that document was received by the recipient. This capability is also extended through to the reporting facilities within TMV II.
Searching Your Data Made Easy
First B2B holds your data in our repository for a minimum of one year as part of your agreement with us. No storage charges, no surprises on you bill. Not only that but we wanted to make finding your data easy for you so every item of data within every document is indexed in our repository. Want to find all documents connected with a particulary Purchase Order Number, simple, just enter the purchase order number in the search box and all Invoices, Delivery Notes and Goods Receipt Notes are returned by the Search.
Easily see the links in your supply chain

So searching for your documents is easy, but just to make life even easier when you choose to display a particular document, TMV II will automatically show you all the other documents held in our repository that are linked to that document. The example below shows a purchase order linked to and invoice and a delivery note (ASN), but some of our customers even see the related stock movements, pallet movements and even warehousing pciking messages, it just depends how much of your supply chain is integrated via First B2B.
